This preparation period is separate from the delivery timeframe.

Because furniture is shipped via freight, timing may vary based on route planning, delivery appointments, and external factors such as weather or logistics delays. We coordinate with reliable carriers to keep things moving as efficiently as possible.

Receiving Your Order

When your order arrives, it’s important to inspect all items before accepting the delivery.

  • Check packaging and products for any visible damage
  • Verify that all items listed on your invoice are received in full
  • Make note of any issues directly on the delivery receipt (BOL)
  • Take photos if anything looks damaged or incomplete
  • Notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you quickly

Proper documentation at the time of delivery is essential for resolving freight-related issues.
